Bane might have accepted Anakin, for no other reason than to have him carry out Operation Nightfall, after that, especially after his defeat on Mustafar, a true Banite Sith would have recognized Anakin's usefulness had come to an end and finished what Obi Wan Kenobi started and pushed what was left of Anakin into the lava, ending him, and eliminating any possible future threat. Bane would not have seen Anakin as an apprentice, to be used and discarded, he would not have wasted him time continuing his training, not after Mustafar.

Vader was punished by Palpatine over and over, but never killed. It seems unfair of him to kill others for mistakes given how many mistakes he made.

Revenge of the Sith served the Jedi well for not allowing attachments. Mace Windu deserved to lose his hand, Yoda deserved Dagobah, Obi Wan deserved depression after Order 66

I don't think Vader meant when he said apology accepted to Needa after he killed him, because if he did, he wouldn't have killed him. I think Needa should have just not said anything about them not capturing the Falcon, and if Vader would have found out about it and killed him, then there would have been nothing he could have done about it anyway.
